About the Role

Pet India Industries is looking for a confident, well-spoken and people-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

The role involves communicating with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, handling enquiries, following up with leads and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on ongoing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and support enquiries through to the next stage.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.




- Support customer meetings and other customer-related activities when required.

What We’re Looking For

- Preferably an MBA graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Confident, friendly and people-oriented.
- Positive listening and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Willingness to learn about our products and industry.

Experience

Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer relations, customer support, inside sales, marketing or similar roles may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
