# Job Description – Customer Support & Sales Executive

## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Customer Support & Sales Executive** to join our pharmaceutical export team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, supporting sales activities, communicating with international clients, generating and following up on business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing. Strong communication, sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills are essential for this role.

## Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries through **email, phone, WhatsApp, chat, and other communication channels** in a timely and skilled manner.

2. Handle inquiries from **international clients, distributors, wholesalers, and business customers** regarding pharmaceutical products.

3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their inquiries and requirements.

4. Prepare and share **quotations, product details, pricing, availability, and other commercial information** with customers.

5. Generate new business opportunities through **lead follow-ups, email communication, online inquiries, and other sales channels**.

6. Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

7. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for **repeat orders and business growth**.

8. Coordinate with the **Sales, Export, Logistics, and Documentation teams** for quotations, orders, payments, shipments, and delivery updates.

9. Provide customers with relevant information regarding **product specifications, packaging, documentation, and shipment status**.

10. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, orders, and feedback in the CRM or internal system.

Negotiate with customers within approved company pricing and commercial guidelines.

12. Identify and escalate complex customer, pricing, payment, or order-related issues to the appropriate senior team member.

13. Follow up with customers after quotations and orders to ensure timely communication and smooth business coordination.

14. Stay updated on the company's **pharmaceutical product range, export processes, pricing, and customer service procedures**.

15. Achieve assigned **sales, lead conversion, follow-up, and customer service targets**.

## Requirements

1. Excellent **English communication and interpersonal skills**, both written and verbal.

2. Strong **sales, negotiation, customer-handling, and follow-up skills**.

3. Ability to communicate professionally with **international clients**.

4. Good understanding of **pharmaceutical products, international sales, or export processes** will be an advantage.

5. Proficiency in **MS Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM software, and other sales/support tools**.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records.

7. Ability to handle multiple leads and customer inquiries while effectively prioritizing tasks.

8. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with Sales, Export, Logistics, and other internal teams.

10. **Any Graduation**; prior experience in customer support, pharmaceutical sales, export, or international client handling is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
