About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Representative for our System Aluminium business. The candidate will be responsible for developing the market for our aluminium system-window solutions, building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, aluminium fabricators, dealers, and project customers, and generating new business opportunities.

This is a field-oriented role requiring regular market visits, customer meetings, product presentations, project follow-ups, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development

- Develop and expand the market for System Aluminium windows and doors.
- Identify new dealers, fabricators, architects, builders, contractors, and project opportunities.
- Develop new territories and customer segments.
- Generate leads through regular market visits and networking.

2. Architect & Builder Engagement

- Establish relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and project consultants.
- Introduce our System Aluminium solutions and explain their technical and design advantages.
- Conduct product presentations and assist in product selection.
- Track upcoming residential and commercial projects.

3. Fabricator & Dealer Network

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with aluminium fabricators and dealers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable system solutions.
- Support fabricators with product information and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Encourage fabricators and dealers to adopt and promote our system.

4. Project Sales

- Identify and follow up on construction and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, builders, and project decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales/technical team.




- Follow up on enquiries from initial contact until order confirmation.

5. Product Marketing

- Understand our complete System Aluminium product range, profiles, accessories, applications, and installation methods.
- Communicate product features, benefits, performance, and applications effectively.
- Conduct demonstrations and product presentations whenever required.
- Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.

6. Sales & Reporting

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of prospects, customers, architects, fabricators, and projects.
- Submit regular visit reports and lead updates.
- Maintain systematic follow-up of enquiries and pending quotations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.

Candidate Profile

Education

- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- Qualification in Marketing, Sales, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in aluminium, uPVC, façade, windows & doors, building materials, construction products, or a related industry.
- Experience dealing with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, or dealers will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong field-sales experience in building materials may also be considered.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Malayalam and English communication skills are essential.

- Well connected in the construction and building-material industry
- Comfortable meeting architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators
- Aggressive in lead generation but professional in customer handling
- Technically curious and willing to learn System Aluminium products
- Target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups
- Willing to spend most of the working day in the market
- Capable of independently developing a territory

- Recent customer acquisition
- New fabricator/dealer development
- Architect and builder engagement
- Number of qualified project leads generated
- Enquiries and quotations generated
- Conversion of leads into orders
- Monthly sales achievement

- Customer retention and repeat business
- Quality and consistency of market reporting

Compensation

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and industry background
