VPMM Group of Educational Institutions is looking for an experienced and reliable Bus Repair Contractor to undertake the repair, servicing, and maintenance of institutional buses and transport vehicles. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all buses remain protected, roadworthy, and properly maintained.

Required Experience:

- Proven experience in bus repair and heavy vehicle maintenance.
- Experience handling school/college buses or institutional transport vehicles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, and other heavy-vehicle components.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out regular servicing and preventive maintenance of buses.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
- Inspect engines, brakes, tyres, suspension, steering, transmission, and other components.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.
- Replace damaged or worn-out spare parts and components.




- Ensure buses are maintained in safe and roadworthy condition.
- Maintain service and repair records for each vehicle.
- Coordinate with the Transport Manager regarding repair requirements.
- Provide estimates for major repairs and replacement parts.
- Complete repair work within the agreed time and maintain quality standards.
- Follow vehicle safety and maintenance requirements.

Contractor Requirements:

- Experienced bus/heavy vehicle repair team or workshop.
- Skilled mechanics and technicians.
- Availability for emergency/breakdown support when required.
- Proper tools and equipment for bus maintenance.
- Ability to handle multiple buses and scheduled maintenance.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional service.
