US IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST

Softcom Systems Inc. is looking for passionate and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements.
- Work on end-to-end US IT recruitment activities.
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screening, and coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on submissions and interview status.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Required Experience

1–5 years of overall experience in US IT Recruitment

Preferred Experience

- Hands-on experience working on US IT requirements.
- Experience recruiting for Healthcare IT requirements is preferred.
- Knowledge of US IT recruiting processes, job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search is an advantage.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- US IT Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Healthcare IT Recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)
