Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to manage day-to-day sales floor operations, lead the retail team, and drive sales and customer conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in organised jewellery retail and a good understanding of jewellery collections that perform well in the Kerala market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the sales floor and a team of 8–10 staff.
- Drive the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor customer engagement and improve sales conversion.
- Train, groom and guide staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Conduct and support marketing and in-store promotional activities.




- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth floor operations.
- Understand customer preferences and identify rapid-moving jewellery collections.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance.

Requirements

- Degree is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of jewellery retail experience.
- Candidates from Kalyan, Bhima, Malabar or other organised/structured jewellery retailers are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery retail and collections that sell well in Kerala.
- Good leadership, customer handling and team-management skills.

Added Advantage: Strong communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
