Job Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Data Migration Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in ServiceNow data migration, data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and integrations.

The candidate will work with functional consultants, architects, developers, and business teams to ensure accurate and efficient migration of data into ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute ServiceNow data migration activities.
- Analyze legacy/source systems, data structures, relationships, dependencies, and data quality.
- Prepare data mapping, transformation rules, and migration plans.
- Develop and configure Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- Work with Import Set Tables, staging tables, Transform Scripts, and Coalesce.
- Perform data cleansing, normalization, deduplication, and enrichment.
- Migrate users, groups, reference data, configuration data, transactional data, and attachments.
- Handle complex parent-child relationships and migration dependencies.
- Develop migration scripts and automation using ServiceNow JavaScript.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs,



IntegrationHub, MID Server, JDBC, and Import Sets.
- Execute mock migrations, test migrations, and production cutovers.
- Perform data validation, record reconciliation, and defect resolution.
- Maintain migration mapping documents and technical documentation.
- Work closely with technical architects, functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- 2–4+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Solid hands-on ServiceNow Data Migration experience
- CSA – Certified System Administrator – Mandatory
- Import Sets & Transform Maps
- Transform Scripts & Coalesce
- ServiceNow JavaScript
- Data Mapping & Transformation
- Data Validation & Reconciliation
- REST/SOAP APIs
- IntegrationHub / MID Server
- Good understanding of ServiceNow tables and data relationships

Good to Have

- Experience with ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, Asset Management or HRSD
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow migrations
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
