3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience including enterprise-scale deployments. Expert-level SQL — ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets. Proficiency in PySpark or Python for data transformation and pipeline work. Ability to lead and mentor a team of BI developers and manage crossfunctional stakeholder relationships. Robust verbal and written communication skills — able to present findings to senior management. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for executivelevel supplementary reporting.

Good to Have: Experience developing custom Power BI visuals using JavaScript/TypeScript. Knowledge of Power BI Embedded or REST APIbased report integration. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated BI deployment workflows. Exposure to retail analytics or customer loyalty domain.

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
