JOB DESCRIPTION – EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (QUALITY)

Designation: Executive Engineer – Quality
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1–2 Years in Industrial / Manufacturing Industry
CTC: ₹3.50 – ₹4.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily WIP, Raw Material (RM), and Finished Goods (FG) inspections and maintain proper records.
- Record daily quality issues related to Receiving Inspection, WIP, and Final Inspection.
- Analyze rejection, rework, COPQ, and quality issues using 8D methodology.
- Calculate and monitor COPQ and Rejection PPM for RM, WIP, and FG on a daily basis.
- Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Quality MIS Reports.
- Approve job setups at the shop floor as per defined quality requirements.
- Conduct regular patrol inspections during production as per the Control Plan.
- Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for internal,



supplier, and customer complaints.
- Escalate responsible, repeated, or urgent quality issues to the Quality Manager / Top Management.
- Support Internal, Process, Supplier, and Customer Audits.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for effective implementation of quality standards.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Quality Inspection and Manufacturing Processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of 8D, COPQ, PPM, Control Plan, and Quality MIS will be preferred. Location: As per company requirement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
