Job Overview

Rochaldas & Sons is looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete retail store operations.
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and stock accuracy.
- Monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and store requirements.
- Ensure discipline,



cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the store.

Requirements

- Retail shop experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Retail Manager preferred.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of retail sales and inventory management.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Ability to manage a retail team and handle day-to-day store operations.

Salary

₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
