Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and established freelancers/freelance professionals who are actively working on online freelancing marketplaces such as Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms.

The ideal candidate should already have an active and credible freelancer profile with a positive project history, ratings/reviews, and experience in acquiring projects from these platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for bringing relevant software/IT projects and client requirements through their existing freelancing network and marketplace presence. The project execution will be supported by our internal technical/project team, while the freelancer will receive a mutually agreed commission/share for successfully acquired projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bring relevant software, website, mobile app, IT, digital, design, development, and technology projects from freelancing platforms.
- Utilize existing presence and professional network on platforms such as:
- Upwork
- Freelancer.com
- Fiverr
- PeoplePerHour
- Other relevant freelancing marketplaces
- Identify and approach potential clients looking for software/IT services.
- Share relevant client requirements and project details with our internal team.
- Coordinate between the client and our company/team during project discussions.
- Assist in understanding client requirements, scope, timelines, and budget.
- Facilitate communication and negotiations with clients wherever required.
- Bring projects to the company for execution while maintaining professional client relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal project/technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support in client follow-ups and project-related communication.




- Generate recurring business opportunities from existing clients and freelancing platforms.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and project information.

Candidate Eligibility – Mandatory:

The candidate must already be an active freelancer on one or more major freelancing platforms.

The candidate should have:

- An existing and active freelancer account/profile.
- A proven history of completed projects.
- Existing ratings/reviews from previous clients.
- Demonstrable experience in acquiring projects through freelancing platforms.
- Existing client relationships/network will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling client communication and project requirements.
- Ability to consistently identify and bring relevant projects.

Freshers or candidates with newly created/zero-history freelancing accounts will not be preferred.

Commercial Model:

This will be a freelance/commission-based association rather than a conventional fixed-salary employment role.

For every successfully acquired and converted project:

- The project will be executed with support from our internal team.
- The candidate will receive a mutually agreed commission/share based on the project value and agreed commercial terms.
- Commission structure, payment terms, and project responsibilities will be finalized mutually before project commencement.




- Higher project acquisition and successful conversions can result in higher earning potential.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

- Are currently active on Upwork / Freelancer.com / Fiverr / PeoplePerHour.
- Have a strong freelancer profile with established ratings and reviews.
- Have successfully completed multiple projects through these platforms.
- Regularly receive project enquiries/invitations.
- Have an existing portfolio and client network.
- Have experience in software development, web development, mobile applications, UI/UX, digital marketing, IT services, or related technology projects.
- Understand freelance marketplace bidding, proposals, client acquisition, and negotiations.
- Can bring projects on a regular basis.
