Job Summary

Anvam Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and experience using Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Trading will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Record purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash books, and ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Process contractor, supplier, and employee payments.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and maintain cost records.
- Maintain records related to land/property purchases, sales, and documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, tax audits, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.




- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and statutory records.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
- Solid accounting and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and financial responsibility.
