Short Description:
Lead Asset Servicing operations and controls for corporate actions and income processing, driving quality and capacity.

Make your mark in Asset Servicing by leading daily processing and controls while growing your leadership and operational risk management expertise.

As a Transaction Processing Analyst within Asset Servicing, you will oversee the operational management and control of daily workflow for corporate actions and income products. You will guide the team through the full life cycle of events while ensuring daily controls, client inquiries, and key metrics are completed accurately and on time. You will contribute to strategic improvements across processes, documentation, and product development in a well-controlled environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee workflow execution through the full life cycle of corporate actions and income products
- Control daily processing activities within the Asset Servicing team to support timely, accurate delivery
- Optimize team capacity through resource planning, training, and succession planning to maintain a robust structure
- Validate completion and sign-off of daily controls, including client service inquiry resolution, cash and stock break management, event management, and key metrics production
- Lead and motivate the team through clear direction, coaching, and accountability
- Communicate strategic and regulatory changes to ensure awareness and consistent adoption across the department
- Refresh standard operating procedure content and presentation in line with new policies and risk management activities




- Drive process improvements and contribute to the strategic development of Asset Servicing products

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

- Demonstrate operational subject matter expertise across reconciliation, settlements, trade support, Asset Servicing, risk and control, and custody
- Lead and motivate managers through effective people leadership practices
- Learn new markets, products, and processes to support ongoing business change
- Prioritize workloads effectively while meeting critical deadlines and control requirements
- Communicate confidently across written, verbal, and presentation formats with internal and external clients
- Implement process improvements through structured review and disciplined execution
- Use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook to support daily delivery and reporting

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Develop experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
