Job Description

We are looking for a Store & Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day material handling and inventory activities in our production environment. The role involves managing raw materials and electronic components used in the production of GPS Trackers and Speed Governors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and warehouse activities related to production.
- Receive, check, store, and issue raw materials and electronic components.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory details.
- Record inward and outward movement of materials.
- Coordinate with Production and Purchase teams for material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper identification, storage, and arrangement of materials.
- Prepare stock and inventory reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain store documentation using MS Word and Excel.
- Assist with physical stock verification and periodic inventory checks.




- Maintain cleanliness and systematic arrangement of the warehouse.
- Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and production materials is an advantage.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle materials carefully and maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable working in a production and warehouse setting.
