Position 1: IT Management / ERP Support – Fresher

This position is suitable for candidates who are starting their career in ERP Application Support / IT Management.

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day IT queries raised by employees.
- Provide first-level support for ERP-related issues.
- Assist users with ERP application usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Understand and document user-reported issues.
- Log and track IT/ERP support tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior/technical team.
- Follow up on pending issues until resolution.
- Assist users with basic application and system-related queries.
- Support ERP testing and validation activities.
- Assist with data checking and basic ERP reports.
- Maintain documentation of common issues and their solutions.
- Learn construction-related ERP workflows and business processes.
- Assist with user training and basic ERP demonstrations.




- Coordinate with internal teams and ERP vendors when required.

Fresher Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc IT, B.E/B.Tech IT/CSE or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
- Good understanding of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Willingness to learn ERP software.
- Ability to interact professionally with employees/users.
- Interest in IT support, ERP and business applications.

Preferred

Knowledge of or exposure to:

- ERP software
- Construction/project management software
- Database concepts
- MS Excel
- IT helpdesk/support
- NWAY ERP or similar ERP software

Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
