- Provide direct nursing care to neonates admitted to the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, temperature, blood pressure, and other clinical parameters.
- Assist doctors and neonatologists during procedures and emergency situations.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and manage IV lines, feeding tubes, oxygen support, and other neonatal equipment.
- Provide care to premature, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, medication charts, and clinical documentation.
- Support feeding and nutritional care as directed by the medical team.
- Maintain strict infection-control and hygiene practices within the NICU.
- Handle and monitor incubators, warmers, phototherapy units, ventilators, CPAP,



and other NICU equipment as applicable.
- Identify changes in the baby's condition and immediately report concerns to the doctor.
- Assist during neonatal resuscitation and emergency care when required.
- Educate and support parents regarding newborn care, feeding, hygiene, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the NICU workplace.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient-safety standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
