Job Summary

TVS Electronics Limited is looking for a Customer Care Officer to handle customer queries, service requests, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, emails, and service-related queries.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate support.
- Coordinate with service and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up on pending service requests and customer complaints.
- Maintain customer details and update records regularly.
- Track service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned team.
- Communicate service status and updates to customers.
- Maintain daily reports related to customer calls, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure valuable customer experience through professional and timely communication.
- Support other customer service and coordination activities as required.





Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Front Office, or Coordination roles is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and email communication.
- Good customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Nungambakkam, Chennai location.
