JOB TITLE: HOSPITALITY MANAGER
Department: Administration / Operations
Reporting To: Head of Administration / Principal / Management

Job Summary

Responsible for managing hospitality, facility, housekeeping, food services, hostel operations, guest relations, and overall campus support services. Ensure a clean, protected, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee campus facilities, housekeeping, hygiene, maintenance, and overall cleanliness.
- Manage hostel/accommodation operations, student welfare, and related concerns.
- Supervise canteen/mess services, food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate events, guest arrangements, meetings, catering, and logistics.
- Manage vendors, contracts, service quality, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures.
- Handle hospitality-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare operational reports,



monitor budgets, and maintain service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Facility Management or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility management, or institutional administration.
- Experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.
