The Nurse Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating nursing services within the assigned department/unit to ensure delivery of protected, efficient, patient-centered, and quality healthcare services in line with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and clinical standards.

· Manage day-to-day nursing operations of the assigned unit/department.

· Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and patient safety standards.

· Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff in clinical and administrative functions.

· Prepare and monitor duty rosters, manpower allocation, and leave management.

· Ensure compliance with NABH, infection control, medication safety, and hospital protocols.

· Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for effective patient management.

· Conduct performance monitoring, training, mentoring,



and competency assessment of nursing staff.

· Handle patient grievances and support service recovery initiatives.

· Maintain accurate nursing records, reports, and departmental documentation.

· Monitor inventory, equipment utilization, and availability of nursing supplies.

· Participate in audits, quality improvement activities, and accreditation processes.

· Ensure implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, and statutory guidelines.

Support recruitment, induction, and retention of nursing staff.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
