About the Role

The Encoded is looking for a creative and quick-paced Video Editor to join our team. The role mainly involves editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content for various clients.

Responsibilities

- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram & YouTube
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics
- Follow content references and client requirements
- Handle revisions and maintain deadlines
- Organize project files properly

Requirements

- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Understanding of retention-style editing
- Good sense of pacing and storytelling
- Must bring personal laptop
- Work from office only
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
