We are looking for an FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) for financial review and signing responsibilities.

Location: Chennai
Engagement: Part-Time / Full time / Flexible Association

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and finalize financial statements
- Review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and related financial reports
- Ensure accuracy and applicable statutory/compliance requirements
- Provide professional review and guidance to the finance/accounts team
- Act as a signing authority for financial statements/documents, wherever legally applicable

Preferred Profile:

- FCA – Fellow Chartered Accountant
- Relevant experience in financial review and finalization
- Practicing/retired experienced CAs are welcome
- Candidates seeking Part-Time or Full-Time association may apply
- Valid Certificate of Practice (COP), where required for the signing responsibility, will be preferred
