*Experience:* 5+ Years in FMCG Sales

### *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

Manage and expand *Retail Store & Distributor Networks*

Drive sales and achieve monthly & annual targets

Develop new *Distributors, Dealers & Retail Outlets*

Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors & key customers

Lead and motivate the sales team

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Identify recent markets and business opportunities

Monitor market trends, competition & sales performance

### *CANDIDATE PROFILE*

✅ 5+ years of experience in *FMCG Sales*





✅ Strong experience in *Retail & Distribution Channel Management*

✅ Excellent *Communication & Negotiation Skills*

✅ Proven ability to achieve sales targets

✅ Strong *Leadership & Team Management* skills
