We are hiring for Quality Manager – Hydraulic Industry

Location : Chennai

Qualification: BE/Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 8–10 years in Hydraulic/Heavy Engineering/Automotive Industry

Salary : Upto 11 Lakhs Per Annum

Key Responsibilities

# Manage and improve QMS as per ISO 9001:2015, including audits, documentation, CAPA and continual improvement.

# Oversee IQC, IPQC and FQC for hydraulic cylinders, power packs, manifolds and related components.

# Ensure quality of CNC/VMC machining, honing, welding, fabrication and assembly processes.

# Conduct dimensional, pressure, leakage, functional and load testing.

# Manage supplier quality, vendor audits and supplier performance.

# Ensure calibration and maintenance of all measuring and testing equipment.





# Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, RCA, 8D and corrective actions.

# Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, rejection/rework reduction and process improvement.

# Lead and develop QA/QC engineers and inspectors.

# Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase and Service teams to achieve quality targets.

Required Skills: Hydraulic cylinders & power packs, machining/welding inspection, ISO 9001:2015, RCA/5 Why/Fishbone/8D/CAPA, calibration, hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings, ERP.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
