We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our tours and travels team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, skilled in handling leads, and capable of converting inquiries into bookings through effective communication and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to leads promptly
- Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads to maximize conversions
- Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable tour packages
- Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions
- Maintain solid customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with operations team for bookings, confirmations, and travel arrangements
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business growth
- Participate in occasional presentations (including video presentations) to promote travel packages
- Keep updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers
Requirements
- Prior experience in tours and travels or a related sales role
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and confidently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to attend calls and respond to leads on time
- Comfortable with creating or appearing in promotional videos (occasionally)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Experience in CRM tools or lead management systems
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms and itinerary planning
