- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Help customers choose suitable pet food, treats, accessories and care products.
- Explain products clearly and honestly.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Build good relationships with regular customers.
- Handle billing/POS activities when required.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Help with stock checking and product arrangement.
- Coordinate customer orders and home-delivery requirements.
- Learn about dog and cat nutrition, products and basic pet-care categories.
- Follow Urban Pets store procedures and service standards.
- Work together with the store team to achieve store goals.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
