We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a recruitment/staffing team and ensure smooth delivery of hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and guide a team of recruiters.
- Track daily performance, targets, and productivity.
- Allocate work and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and resolve issues.
- Train and support team members to improve performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of candidates.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience with team handling. Experience from any industry is acceptable.
- Skills: Positive communication, team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Location: Lucknow
- Preferred: Prior experience in recruitment/staffing/BPO/sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,998.89 - ₹58,022.71 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
