Why We Are Hiring

Allo Innoware is scaling its ecommerce operations across marketplaces and D2C.

Many processes across ecommerce, operations, customer support, finance, HR and reporting are still dependent on people manually checking data, updating spreadsheets, following up and reporting exceptions.

We are actively moving these workflows toward AI-assisted and automated operations.

The problem is not lack of tools.

The problem is converting real business processes into reliable workflows that actually work without constant founder involvement.

We are looking for someone who can own this.

Your Core Responsibility

Take a business process that is currently being done manually and convert it into a reliable AI-powered or automated workflow.

You will work directly with the founder and department teams to understand processes, identify repetitive work and build systems using tools such as:

- ChatGPT and ChatGPT Work

- Google Sheets

- Google Drive

- Asana

- Apps Script

- n8n / Make / similar automation tools

- APIs and AI tools

You do not need to be a hardcore software developer.

But you must be extremely strong at logic, troubleshooting and understanding how systems should work.

What You Will Actually Do

1. Understand Existing Processes

Sit with employees and understand exactly how a process currently works.

Document:

Input → Process → Decision → Output → Exception → Escalation

Do not automate a process you don't understand.

2. Build AI Workflows

Convert repetitive activities into workflows.

Examples could include:

- Marketplace listing hygiene audits

- Amazon case monitoring

- Customer support audits

- Asana task audits

- Inventory exception reporting

- Returns and claims verification

- Daily/weekly MIS

- Spreadsheet reconciliation





- Employee follow-up systems

- Vendor and purchase tracking

- Email monitoring and classification

3. Write Reliable AI Instructions

Create detailed instructions for AI agents and ChatGPT Work tasks.

The instructions must clearly define:

- What needs to happen

- Which data should be used

- What the AI is allowed to modify

- What it must never modify

- Validation rules

- Exception handling

- Recovery from failures

- When human approval is required

- How execution should be logged

4. Test Before Deployment

Never deploy an automation simply because it worked once.

Test normal cases, incorrect data, missing data, duplicates, unusual cases and system failures.

For workflows that modify business data, accuracy is more important than speed.

5. Monitor Automations

Maintain a central AI Automation Master containing:

Process | Department | Owner | Automation | Frequency | Data Source | Write Access | Risk Level | Last Run | Success/Failure | Exception

Failed automations must be investigated and fixed.

6. Reduce Founder Dependency

Your biggest responsibility is not simply creating automations.

It is reducing the amount of operational work that reaches the founder.

Before automation:

Employee → Founder → Decision

After automation:

Employee/System → AI Workflow → Exception → Founder only when necessary

What We Are Looking For

You should be comfortable with:

- ChatGPT and AI agents

- Advanced Google Sheets

- Logical formulas and data validation





- Basic Google Apps Script

- APIs

- Automation tools such as n8n or Make

- Understanding structured data

- Debugging failed workflows

Ecommerce experience is useful but not mandatory.

The Most Important Skill

Structured thinking.

If somebody explains a messy business process to you for 20 minutes, you should be able to convert it into a explicit workflow.

We care more about this than degrees or certifications.

You Are Probably NOT Right for This Role If

- You mainly use ChatGPT for writing emails or content.
- You copy prompts from the internet without understanding why they work.
- You need detailed instructions for every step.
- You stop when an automation fails instead of investigating why.
- You automate processes without understanding the underlying business logic.

Success in the First 90 Days

We expect you to:

- Map the major repetitive workflows across the company.

- Build a prioritized Automation Master.

- Deploy multiple reliable AI/automation workflows.

- Establish testing and failure-monitoring systems.

- Reduce repetitive founder supervision substantially.

Our target is to eliminate 50–100 hours per month of repetitive operational work and supervision.

How We Will Evaluate Candidates

This role will have a practical assignment.

Instead of asking theoretical AI questions, we will give you an actual business process.

You will need to:

1. Understand the process.

2. Identify problems and risks.

3. Design the workflow.

4. Decide what should and should not be automated.

5. Build a working prototype.

6. Explain how you would prevent the automation from making incorrect changes.

If you enjoy taking messy operations and turning them into systems that run reliably, this role will suit you.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
