Field Officer (FO) – Gynaecology

Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Officer (FO) to support business growth for our Gynaecology portfolio through doctor visits, scientific product promotion, prescription generation, and territory management.
The candidate will be responsible for developing professional relationships with Gynaecologists, Obstetricians, and other healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Gynaecologists, Obstetricians, and relevant healthcare professionals regularly.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with doctors.
- Promote pharmaceutical products through effective scientific detailing using approved promotional materials.
- Communicate product information, indications, benefits, dosage, safety information, and differentiation accurately.
- Achieve assigned sales and prescription targets.
- Identify and develop new doctors and business opportunities.
- Plan and execute daily and monthly field visits.
- Ensure effective coverage of doctors within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, CMEs, medical camps, and approved promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, calls, and market activities.
- Provide regular updates and relevant market information to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, and stockists as required.
Eligibility
Education:
- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification.
- B.Pharm / Science graduates preferred.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales.
- Experience in Gynaecology / Women's Health will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in pharmaceutical sales may also apply.

- Able to manage an assigned territory independently.

- Willing to work towards sales and prescription targets.
Note: This is a field-based pharmaceutical sales position and requires regular travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹15,000.57 - ₹25,000.90 per month
