About The Adbook

The Adbook India Private Limited is a growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising company building a strong network of digital screens across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and other key markets.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, screen network performance, team coordination, client execution and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Network Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of The Adbook's digital screen network.
- Ensure all screens are operational, connected and displaying scheduled campaigns correctly.
- Monitor CMS, screen uptime, content scheduling and technical issues.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, relocation and replacement of digital screens.
- Develop systems and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.

Team Management

- Lead and coordinate operations, CMS, technical and field teams.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing and management teams.
- Train and develop operations staff.

Client & Campaign Execution

- Ensure advertising campaigns are implemented accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate with clients and agencies regarding campaign requirements.
- Monitor campaign delivery and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Maintain campaign records and operational reports.

Business Expansion

- Support expansion of The Adbook's screen network across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and new markets.
- Coordinate new-site surveys, permissions, installation and commissioning.
- Work with management to identify operational requirements for new locations.
- Build relationships with building owners, facility managers, vendors and service providers.

Vendor & Cost Management





- Manage vendors, technicians, installers and service providers.
- Negotiate operational costs and service agreements.
- Maintain inventory of screens, media players, networking equipment and spare parts.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.

Reporting & Process Improvement

- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Track screen uptime, maintenance, campaign execution and operational KPIs.
- Identify recurring problems and implement permanent solutions.
- Establish scalable processes as the company expands.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, OOH/DOOH, advertising, retail technology, networking or a related industry.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work with vendors, clients and internal teams.
- Good understanding of technology, networking, digital screens or CMS will be an advantage.
- Robust knowledge of Excel, reporting and operational MIS.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
