We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, taxation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial documentation, along with good analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and related documentation.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and other management reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate for timely collections.
- Verify invoices, bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks,



vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow tracking, and financial analysis when required.
- Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and systematically.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
