Job Title: Sales Representative – Precast Concrete Products

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (with travel across assigned territory)

Reports To: Sales Manager / Proprietor

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Representative to grow sales of our precast concrete product range — RCC spun pipes, PCC poles, interlocking tiles, manhole covers & rings, and other precast materials as our product line expands. The ideal candidate will identify and develop new business with government contractors, private builders, municipal bodies, infrastructure companies, and retail/trade buyers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers — government departments (PWD, Jal Nigam, Nagar Nigam), private contractors, builders, real estate developers, and hardware/trade dealers
- Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, referrals, and market research
- Promote the full product range: RCC spun pipes, PCC poles, interlocking tiles, manhole covers/rings, and new precast products as introduced
- Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms within approved limits
- Follow up on tenders and government contract opportunities relevant to precast/RCC products
- Coordinate with the production/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
- Maintain and update a customer database (CRM/register) with order history and follow-up status
- Collect market intelligence — competitor pricing,



upcoming projects, tender announcements
- Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery delays, or billing
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with a background in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration)
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, building products, cement, steel, or infrastructure-related industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
- Basic knowledge of government tendering processes is an advantage
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle with valid driving license preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word and basic reporting

Preferred Attributes

- Existing network with contractors, builders, or government procurement departments in UP
- Understanding of RCC/precast concrete products and their applications in infrastructure projects
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales

Compensation

- Fixed salary + performance-based incentive/commission on sales targets achieved
- Travel and conveyance allowance as per company policy

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
