- Handle customs clearance documentation for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and transporters.
- Submit and collect documents related to customs clearance.
- Assist in cargo examination and customs procedures.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company requirements.
- Track shipment clearance status and resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain records of customs documents and shipment details.
Requirements:
- Valid G Pass holder.
- Knowledge of import/export and customs clearance procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Experience in customs or logistics operations is preferred.
