Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Fresher
Salary: Upto 15000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and Payroll teams.
- Maintain employee records in HRMS.
- Conduct induction and support recent hires during onboarding.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge of HR onboarding or HR operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is preferred.

Employment Type: 3 months Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
