Monitor the quality of teaching and learning through classroom observations and regular follow-up

- Support effective curriculum planning, implementation and assessment
- Monitor student attainment and progress and support appropriate interventions
- Guide, mentor and provide professional support to KG teachers and teaching assistants
- Ensure consistency in lesson planning, classroom practices and learning environments
- Support teachers in implementing differentiated and student-centred learning approaches
- Coordinate KG meetings, activities, events and academic initiatives
- Support positive behaviour, student wellbeing and safeguarding practices

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a relevant recognised qualification

✔ Minimum 3–5 years of successful KG/Early Years teaching experience

✔ Previous experience as a KG Coordinator, Team Leader, Lead Teacher or similar leadership position is highly preferred

Management

✔ Solid understanding of Early Years pedagogy, curriculum, assessment and child development

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
