Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for residential real-estate projects, ensuring alignment with project vision, design standards, functionality, and commercial objectives.
- Provide design leadership and technical guidance from the initial concept stage through design development and execution.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and supervision of conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings for residential projects.
- Develop and review architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software, along with hand drafting wherever required.
- Ensure that designs comply with applicable development control regulations, local building bye-laws, planning norms, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural and MEP teams, project execution teams, and other stakeholders to ensure design integration and timely resolution of design-related issues.
- Review design proposals, drawings, and documentation submitted by external consultants and provide necessary inputs, modifications, and approvals.
- Support the evaluation of site conditions, project requirements, development potential, and design feasibility during the planning and conceptualization stage.
- Ensure effective translation of project requirements into practical, aesthetically appropriate, and commercially viable design solutions.
- Monitor design deliverables, timelines, and quality standards across multiple residential projects.
- Identify design gaps, conflicts, and constructability issues at an early stage and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and presentations to senior management as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings, design revisions, approvals, and related project records.
- Stay updated on relevant architectural practices,



residential design trends, building regulations, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects/design team members and contribute to building a strong internal design function.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of residential architecture and real-estate project development.
- Excellent conceptual design and architectural planning skills.
- Valuable knowledge of applicable building bye-laws, development regulations, and approval requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other architectural/design software will be an advantage.
- Strong design coordination and consultant-management skills.
- Ability to understand project feasibility, planning constraints, and construction requirements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and design deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with a practical understanding of construction and execution.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably with a real-estate developer or residential projects.
- Experience in handling mid-to-large-scale residential projects from concept/design development through execution would be preferred.
- Candidates with experience managing architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams will be preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
