Bodyshop Advisor – KRA's
- Customer handling & vehicle inspection
- Prepare accurate repair estimates
- Explain repair work, cost & delivery time to customers
- Coordinate with technicians and insurance team
- Insurance claim & surveyor coordination
- Monitor repair progress and update customers
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Quality check before delivery
- Follow-up for customer satisfaction
- Achieve bodyshop sales & revenue targets
- Maintain job cards, records & documentation
- Handle customer complaints effectively
Pay: ₹11,407.28 - ₹27,008.86 per month
