Position: Customer Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and quotations.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and support.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Support the sales team in customer coordination and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Tamil and English communication skills are required.
- Hindi and Telugu communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- MS Office / Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
