GreenWorld Land Developers is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain our residential plot projects and available offers clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project details.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with real estate telecalling experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
