Education:

- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Relevant experience in Pigments, Dyes, Specialty Chemicals, or Chemical Manufacturing preferred.

Experience:

- Relevant experience in R&D;/Product Development, preferably in Pigments & Dyes manufacturing.
- Experience in scale-up from laboratory to plant production will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead R&D; and new product development activities for pigments, dyes, and specialty chemicals.
- Develop and optimize new formulations, processes, and products as per customer and market requirements.
- Conduct laboratory trials, analyze results, and optimize product performance, yield, and cost.
- Manage scale-up of laboratory products to pilot/production scale and support commercialization.
- Troubleshoot quality and process-related issues in coordination with Production and QA/QC teams.
- Develop and maintain R&D; procedures, formulations,



specifications, trial reports, and technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and raw-material optimization.
- Guide and supervise R&D; chemists/technicians and allocate project responsibilities.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchase, and Marketing/Sales teams for product development and trials.
- Ensure laboratory activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on new technologies, raw materials, applications, and developments in the pigments and dyes industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
