Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior fit outs with robust expertise in project execution, planning, billing, quantity surveying, contractor coordination, and commercial project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Interior fit-outs project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, and site progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review BOQs, billing, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Verify contractor bills, PRW bills,



and client billing documentation.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
- Prepare project MIS reports, progress reports, and documentation.
- Handle project coordination for Civil, Interior & MEP activities.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD
