We're looking for a Guest Relations Executive to to represent brand "Antheia" by delivering exceptional guest experiences and provide excellent service

What you'll own:

✔ Address guest inquiries/ concerns/ requests promptly.

✔ Foster long-term relationships with guests, promoting repeat stays and loyalty.

✔ Ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.

✔ Ensure guests leave 5-star reviews on google/ OTA

✔ Uphold resort policies, safety, and brand experience

What we're looking for:

✔ 5–8 years in hospitality

✔ Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field





✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔ Highly Motivated and Presentable

✔ Must have Guest Centric Approach

✔ Luxury resort experience is a big plus
