Job Title: ERPNext Developer (Manufacturing Domain)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled ERPNext Developer with experience in the manufacturing domain or willing to learn and to join our team in Pirangut, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and maintaining ERPNext modules to streamline and automate our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize ERPNext modules, particularly related to Manufacturing, Stock, Purchase, Sales, and Accounting.
- Understand manufacturing workflows, BOMs, Work Orders, and Production Planning to map them into ERPNext effectively.
- Create custom scripts, print formats, and reports using Frappe framework.
- Collaborate with the operations and production teams to gather requirements and optimize ERP functionalities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing ERPNext implementation and suggest improvements.
- Ensure timely updates and upgrades of the ERP system without disrupting business operations.




- Train end-users and provide support as needed.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
- Positive understanding of manufacturing workflows and processes.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with MariaDB/MySQL.
- Ability to write custom scripts and server-side logic in ERPNext.
- Basic understanding of version control (Git) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on ERPNext with exposure to manufacturing implementations.
