The organization provides safe, non-surgical and drug-free treatments designed to improve mobility, posture and overall well-being. Services include Chiropractic Care, Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Yoga Therapy and other advanced treatment techniques.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The company is looking for an experienced, dynamic and confident Brand Development Manager to lead brand development and marketing initiatives, support day-to-day operations, and represent the clinic both on-site and off-site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day clinic operations
• Plan and execute effective marketing and brand-development initiatives
• Coordinate and participate in photo/video shoots for marketing activities
• Act as a brand representative and public face of the clinic
• Represent the brand at in office and off-site events, activities and promotional programs
• Develop and implement creative ideas to increase brand visibility
• Apply effective sales techniques to support business growth
• Develop marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the clinic's market presence
• Monitor marketing activities and contribute ideas for improving brand performance





REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

5+ years of relevant experience in Brand Development, Marketing, Business Development or Operations
Robust computer knowledge
Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, professional and presentable personality
Good understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategy
Strong coordination and execution skills
Willingness to work both in office and off-site
Ability to represent the organization professionally in public
