About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Chartered Accountant who has successfully cleared the CA Final examination in the first attempt. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management skills and be eager to contribute to the organization's financial excellence. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.* Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.* Manage direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and related compliances.* Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory submissions.* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.* Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies.* Ensure compliance with Companies Act, accounting standards, and other statutory requirements.* Support month-end and year-end closing processes.* Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards,



Financial Reporting, GST, Income Tax, and Auditing.* Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.* Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Criteria
* CA Final cleared in the *first attempt* with a strong academic record.* Exposure to statutory audit, taxation, or financial reporting during articleship.* Experience with Big 4, mid-sized CA firms, or reputed corporate organizations will be an added advantage.
