- Take overall P&L; ownership of the dealership.
- Lead sales, service, customer experience and dealership operations.
- Drive revenue, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
- Build, lead and develop high-performing sales and service teams.
- Establish strong CRM, lead-conversion and customer-retention processes.
- Manage inventory, working capital and operational efficiency.




- Build solid relationships with the OEM, customers, corporate clients and partners.
- Monitor business performance, market trends and competition, and identify growth opportunities.
