Legal Outreach & Engagement – Manupatra AcademyPosition:Designation commensurate to one's experienceExperience:1–3 years minimum; candidates with more experience are also welcomeEducation:LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. from a reputed law college/universityLocation:Noida – Sector 1 | Work From OfficeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and well-connected legal professional to take ownership ofManupatra Academyand help expand its reach, engagement, and offerings within the legal education ecosystem.The role involvesend-to-end coordination of webinars and learning initiatives, engagement with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), freelancers and external partners, market research, competitor mapping, and identifying new opportunities to grow Manupatra Academy.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of the legal ecosystem, and the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage theday-to-day operations and initiatives of Manupatra Academy .Plan and coordinatewebinars, workshops, training sessions, certification programs and other learning initiatives .Identify, approach and coordinate withSubject Matter Experts, lawyers, academicians, industry professionals and other speakersfor webinars and programs.Manage relationships and coordination withfreelancers, trainers, content contributors and external partners .Coordinate end-to-end execution of sessions including speaker coordination, scheduling, communication, content requirements and post-event follow-ups.Build and maintain a network oflegal professionals, academicians, law firms, institutions and industry experts .Conductmarket researchto understand trends in legal education, skilled training and upskilling.Regularlymap competitors,



their offerings, programs, pricing, partnerships and engagement strategies.Identify gaps and opportunities in the market and suggestnew courses, webinars, formats, partnerships and initiativesfor Manupatra Academy.Explore innovative ideas toincrease Academy participation, reach and engagementamong law students, lawyers and legal professionals.Track and analyse participation, engagement and feedback to identify areas for improvement.Work closely with internalContent, Marketing, Product and Business Development teamsfor execution of Academy initiatives.Maintain databases of speakers, SMEs, trainers, institutions, freelancers and potential partners.Support outreach tolaw colleges, universities, law firms, corporates and legal professionalsfor Academy initiatives.Take ownership of projects and ensure timely execution with minimal supervision.What We’re Looking ForLL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. from areputed law college/university .1–3 years of relevant experiencein legal education, legal content, partnerships, events, community building, business development, training or a similar role.Candidates with more experience are also welcome.Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills .Confident in interacting with senior lawyers, academicians, industry professionals and external stakeholders.Strongcoordination and relationship-management skills .Good understanding of thelegal education and professional legal ecosystem .Ability to conduct research, understand market trends and translate insights into actionable ideas.Proactive, organised and comfortable takingend-to-end ownershipof initiatives.Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Good working knowledge ofMS Office / Google Workspace .
