ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility forBlanking, Sorting (Checkmate & Manual), Pasting (Manual & Machine), and Double-Sided Tape Applicationprocesses.Achieve daily and monthlyproductivity and quality targets .Monitormachine utilization, target achievement (%), production efficiency, and manpower management .Conductnew job trials for pasting processesas and when required.Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues and assist the team as required. Analyze quality problems, identify theroot cause, and implement appropriate corrective solutions.Maintainquality standardsin accordance with specifications, approved samples, and job requirements.Ensure theapproval processis properly followed and all quality records are accurately documented.Ensure all agreedCorrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)are properly implemented and followed.Monitor production planning, job scheduling, manpower allocation, andshift-wise production tracking .Monitorabsenteeismand make necessary manpower adjustments to ensure production is not affected.Coordinate with theDispatch Teamto ensure timely dispatch of ready materials, particularly for urgent customer requirements.Allocate manpower based onattendance, job requirements, and workload,



while minimizing material and process wastage.Maintain the requiredspare parts inventoryand coordinate Preventive Maintenance activities with operators and the Maintenance Department.
