If you have over 8 years of deep, hands-on experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructures, we want to scale our team with you.Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise: Switching & Core NetworkingRequired ExpertiseSwitching & Core Networking: Advanced expertise in Cisco and Aruba switching, including VLAN segmentation, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP/RSTP), and link aggregation. Routing & IP Protocols: Mastery of TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, and configuring both Static and Dynamic Routing protocols (such as OSPF, BGP, or EIGRP). Implementing Network Address Translation (NAT/PAT), and access control lists (ACLs). Wireless & Access Control:



Experience managing enterprise wireless networks (Cisco/Aruba WLCs) and network access security.
