Position –Admission/Career CounsellorLevel - Sr. Executive/ Assistant ManagerReports to– Admissions ManagerLocation -Saket, New Delhi (Near Saket Metro Station)Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the academic interests, career aspirations, and requirements of prospective students and providepersonalised counsellingto students and parents.Conduct detailed profile assessments and recommend suitable programmes based on the student's academic background, interests, aptitude, career aspirations, and eligibility.Provide counselling and subject-matter guidance on programmes offered by theSchool of Law (SOL) and School of Liberal Studies (SOLS) .Prior experience in counselling students for Law and/or Liberal Studies programmes will be strongly preferred.Generate and nurture leads throughdatabase calling, cold calling, digital enquiries, referrals, and other student outreach initiatives .Counsel prospective students on programme structure, eligibility, career opportunities, admission process, fees, campus facilities, and other relevant aspects of the university.Drive theconversion of leads into applications and admissionsthrough effective counselling, engagement, and consistent follow-ups.Manage the complete lead funnel, from initial enquiry and counselling through application, interview, offer, and final conversion.Coordinate with prospective students forinterviews, assessments, documentation,



and other admission-related processes .Respond to queries from students and parents and ensure timely and accurate communication throughout the admission journey.Engage with prospective students and parents andfacilitate campus visits/toursto enhance their understanding of the university and programmes.Assist prospective students with completing admission applications and ensure a smooth and seamless application experience.Conduct regulartelephonic and digital follow-upswith prospective students and parents to nurture prospects and achieve conversion targets.Maintain and regularly update lead, application, follow-up, and conversion data in the relevant systems/trackers.Work closely with internal stakeholders including academic teams, admissions, marketing, and other university functions to ensure effective student engagement and conversion.Achieve definedlead generation, application, conversion, and enrolment targets .Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.Role Requirements:Minimum of2-8 yearsof qualified experience education counselling.Strong networking and counselling skillsAbility to remember course information, scholarships, accommodation and other relevant information required to execute this role swiftly.Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, colleagues and team representing diverse ethnic and cultural background.CTC Offered:4–7 LPA, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, current/last drawn compensation, and overall fit for the role.Candidates who meet the above criteria and are interested in the opportunity may share their updated resumes directly at
