Purpose Lead the civil construction of responsible project from ES, quality, schedule, cost control perspective. Help the team to hit the final target. Responsibilities Calibration and maintenance of all BQA instruments and strictly fallowing BQA SOPs. Analysis of In-Process Samples and highlighting deviations. Ensure reliable and accurate data is supplied through use of BWC and control chart. Maintenance of all records and updation of AB data sheet regularly. Conduct PRP audits and 5S Audits on regular Intervals.

Foam analyzer Instrument Management. Enthusiastic team player in Environmental Pillar. Qualified Taster. Set Up daily Taste panel. Trainer of current Brewing Quality Analyst. Brewing quality improvement analysis. Develop and implement Process checklist and audit. Conduct and track of brewery PRP audit. Ensures all BQA lab consumables and inventory are maintained.
